My husband and I called FloBeds after I researched reviews of the company and the mattresses they offered. It was recommended on a forum for a couple that was trying to find a compromise between foam and spring mattresses. The FloBed customer service rep was cheery and pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions. She was able to take our order over the phone, answer more questions about shipping and such, and process our payment. When our mattress arrived, we put it together as recommended by the company. It took a couple of nights rearranging the horizontal pieces to fit our preferences, but overall the mattress combination is working out well! He liked foam mattresses and I liked the traditional spring mattress. The FloBed has allowed our mattress preferences to mesh appropriately, and thus far I've had no neck pain that I've usually encountered with a regular foam mattress. If one can muster the price tag (it DOES have a 20-year warranty and 100-night sleep test guarantee to help encourage justification of the price), I recommend FloBeds for individuals who are particular about what they sleep on. Shoulder pain is gone!
I would wake up with numbness in my arms and shoulder pain and that has need almost completely resolved. My hip pain has improved as well. Just a really restful nights sleep!

Haven't found a comfortable setting
Haven't found a comfortable setting for the pillows so we're back to our old ones for now. Mattress firmness is fine.
