We have had this bed for almost 20 years. We just upgraded to a Big & Tall mattress by adding another layer. I am definitely liking the additional support and the VZone Soft is working out well for neck and back issues.
We purchased a pillow top Naturepedic Dunlop latex hybrid (8" springs bottom layer) bed. It came with two adjustable 3" interchangable layers. I tried all configurations that they offered in the layers, nothing worked for me. Hurt my back and felt too firm when sleeping on my side. My husband liked his side of the bed. I did not want to return the bed. I searched for a solution. I knew Talalay latex is more bouncy and not as dense as the Dunlop. I was so fortunate to locate Flo Beds online. I ordered a half size king V Zone 3" layer in soft (I'm 128 lbs). I unzipped the top cover on our Naturepedic bed and removed the 3" Dunlop top layer and replaced with the V Zone layer. What a difference it made. It helped with my pressure points and I slept great. Thank you Flo Beds for offering such a great product.
I love my FloBed! I had a slight problem with the original shipment but Dewey took care of it immediately. Customer service is excellent. I ordered the V-Zone mattress and am very glad I did. I made an adjustment to the original configuration and now I find it perfect. I look forward to going to bed every night now. Well done FloBed!
We have had a Flobed for years and really liked it but it sagged on our individual sides. Replacing the vZone seemed like a good idea. We are very happy especially since I bought a softer section for my shoulder. There is still a bit of a mountain between us since the bed frame underneath is solid at that point. Not really a problem since we don't sleep in the middle. Having each side customizable is wonderful!
